You will need:

• A FloPay account. Open the FloPay Dashboard.
• At least one supported payment gateway account, such as Stripe or PayPal.
• Access to the credentials and webhook settings for that gateway account.

Step 1: Explore the PlaygroundCopy Anchor Link

The FloPay Playground lets you see a live checkout without any setup. Use it to understand the checkout flow before connecting your own gateway.

Step 2: Connect a gatewayCopy Anchor Link

Review Connectors, choose Stripe or PayPal, and follow that connector's Setup section. In the FloPay Dashboard, open Settings > Gateways to add credentials, register the provider webhook, test the connection, and activate the gateway.

Step 3: Test a payment linkCopy Anchor Link

A payment link is the quickest way to run a setup check with your own catalog and gateway. Follow Hosted checkout links to create a link from the Dashboard, review the buyer experience, and confirm that the payment appears in your workspace.

Step 4: Choose how to deliver checkoutCopy Anchor Link

Choose the delivery method that fits your customer journey:

• Hosted checkout links give you a FloPay page to share or a payment widget to embed, without building a session integration.
• The SDK checkout guide shows developers how to create payment sessions and render checkout inside an application.
• Connectors add FloPay through a supported commerce or platform integration.

After choosing a method, complete your production readiness checks and use the Guides for recurring billing, risk controls, reliability, and reporting.
